Sorry, our chamomile has stopped growing for the season
You will get one bunch of fresh chamomile that you can use for making chamomile tea. Rinse them off and steep them in a saucepan of water for at least 5 minutes. You can put the whole plant in the water and then strain off the liquid. You can also put them in a container of water and put them in the refrigerator for several hours for a cold brew. If you dry the plant for future use, most people just dry the flowers (which need to be picked before the white petals fall off). Due to the nature of this item, it is only available at our farmer's market locations. Currently, we are doing pickup at the University City Farmer's market on Saturdays. This may change as the impact of the Covid-19 changes. I was planning on doing a couple markets this year and one on Thursday, but not at this time.
