Apple Spice Cake is a fruit tisane which is made with dried apples, almonds, beetroot, and cinnamon. Since it is a fruit tisane; it is naturally caffeine free. The flavor is reminiscent of an apple spice cake. Due to the beetroot, the tea will brew a light pink/red color if you brew it in a ceramic container. If you brew it in a metallic container, it will be a light brown color due to the apples.
